then comes testing! press save in CK and open skyrim, (only skyrim and your version)
i always put my creatures in QASmoke and then (in the main menu!) press coc qasmoke
in 3 secs you can be in and out!
very handy,
when you hand in, you make folders again in that structure and in MO you run Ts%edit for cleaning (remove world cell references!) and then put the esp in, and comprimise to 7z and upload on dropbox, and link here,
done

Encounter / Creature / Actor implementation in CK
Hi friends and Skyrim fans! this is just a red line, because i never found any video about this, and had to walk trough by trial and error myself. This is the basic concept: step by step - Textures (if you use new ones) [check other tutorials about it if necessary]
important: savepath will be Skyrim/data/textures/SouthernAtmora/actors/nameofthecreature/... basic types of dds: bodytex.dds (just colour); bodytex_n.dds (Normalmap for height); shinytex_e.dds (for glowing effects); (cubemap) metaltex_e.dds (for material-shining effects)
- applying these on a name.nif model (we use Nifskope)
important: savepath will be Skyrim/data/meshes/SouthernAtmora/actors/nameofthecreature/... warning: steps of editing cannot be made reversed in NIFskope, always only use backups
- open CK and load only Skyrim to avoid unnecessary work!
- make a new "ArmorAddon" (=SKIN)
click on edit; on the upper left of the window you load in your object from the mesh-folder, then ok
- make a new "Armor" and load in the ArmorAddon
- if you want new abilities: you need to make a new spell
- if you want new Loot on kill: make a new "Deathitemslist"
- Now you can make a new Race or use an existing one;
depending on if the skeleton(animation), behavior, relations and stats of an existing creature are okay for you or not if you make a new race, the mesh object you added only shows up, if you also go back into "ArmorAddon" and "Armor" and change the Race into the new one! check the preview, if it works, all is fine!
- Then you will go under /actors and make a new actor
this is the ENCnameofyourcreature, better call them all S_Atmora_ENCnameofyourcreature under SKIN you add the ArmorAddon, under Race the race (thats obvious)

update... loading success... problem 1) rendered area of object to small (there must be an option / setting for that like in CK) problem 2) statue head i changed in NIFskope is changed in Position, but not rescaled... (better avoid this by only loading vanilla meshes or deeper understanding of Nifskope mesh alteration...

or AWESOME BUMP which is complicated at the beginning
INSANE BUMP had a shitty quality and nearly no settings / adjustable parameters! it looks like a cheap user feature and i recommend not to use it

Happy to have you here! We are a team with potentially large fields of work, so whatever you feel like doing, there is a good chance of using it in our project, so you can then rightfully claim you did your fair share to realise this project! Eventually, whatever you did, would else never have been become part of it! So as a matter of fact, that will be a key to have options for quality. i am grateful for every young and motivated person to join, no matter their skillset. I myself did not start in because i knew how to do things, but because i believe in the beauty of our game content concept. This is the biggest condition, the rest will be done by time and teamwork! cheers
